Debio 0123 as monotherapy in adults with advanced solid tumors

A Phase I dose-finding study of Debio 0123 as monotherapy in adults with advanced solid tumors, followed by an extension part to assess safety and preliminary antitumor activity

Aim of the study

With our research project, we want to find out whether the new therapy Debio 0123 is safe and effective in patients with recurrence or progression of advanced solid tumors after previous treatment failure and/or for whom no standard therapy with proven benefit is available.

Who can take part?

Adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have recurred or progressed after previous therapy.
