Dr. Cabalzar-Wondberg completed her specialist surgical training at St. Gallen Cantonal Hospital, Triemli City Hospital and Olten Cantonal Hospital after completing her studies and doctorate at Saarland University (Germany). As a senior physician at Olten Cantonal Hospital, she focused her work on colorectal and proctological surgery. Following a fellowship in upper gastrointestinal surgery in London at “The London Clinic” and a position as senior physician at Baden Cantonal Hospital, she joined the colorectal and proctological surgery team in April 2016.
In 2021, she acquired the European board of surgical qualifications (EBSQ) Coloproctology specialty title for colorectal surgery.
