Social services make an important contribution to the healing and treatment process by helping patients to overcome social problems. Sometimes just a conversation and the knowledge of our employees can help us find a solution together.
In the event of illness, accident, pregnancy or the need for care, we clarify your individual support requirements and take your social situation into account. We would like to work with you to find a suitable form of care that meets your needs. We are happy to advise and support you in all matters relating to your hospital stay, planning spa stays, rehabilitation or registering for a home – also together with your relatives.
We can also advise you on insurance and legal issues relating to illness, accidents, pregnancy and childbirth. Our tasks also include organizing and arranging aftercare and social reintegration. And we are happy to answer any questions you may have about personal problems or financial bottlenecks.
