The Department of Trauma Surgery, University Hospital of Zurich collaborates with the Swiss military in providing polytrauma, military, and disaster medical education, including offering access to the yearly “Interdisciplinary Course – Polytrauma Care” at the University Hospital Zürich to medical personnel of the Swiss Armed Forces. As part of this collaboration, we are actively pursuing clinical research projects with the “Center of Competency in Military and Disaster Medicine of the Swiss Armed Forces” (Komp Zen MKM).
