Spirit X Solutions is a digital mental health startup and serves as a modular digital hub for screening, assessment, monitoring and automated triage, facilitating the path of clients from initial symptoms to appropriate mental health care. As a CE-certified medical device, it provides validated, digitalized questionnaires and automated analysis to support healthcare professionals in the detection, diagnosis and monitoring of mental health conditions.
Spirit X is designed for broad use in a variety of populations and settings. It can be used by individuals seeking to better understand their well-being, by healthcare providers supporting clients in clinical pathways, and by organisations – such as healthcare systems, workplaces or institutions – seeking to assess and monitor work-related mental health. The platform’s intuitive structure ensures accessibility for people of all ages and backgrounds, including those who need support from professionals.

Besides being a USZ Startup, Spirit X is a spin-off from the University of Zurich.
