This Polytrauma Course is an interdisciplinary course in Cooperation with the European Society for Trauma and Emergency Surgery (ESTES) that aims to combine the knowledge of general surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic trauma surgeons, intensivists, and emergency physicians, this course covers the entire management of a polytraumatized patient even emergency care in exceptional situations (disasters, terrorism).

A mix of theory and practice (exercises in the simulation center and workshops). The small group training is one of the distinguishing features of this course.
The interdisciplinary concept has been continuously developed.

Course fees

  • Non-Members: CHF 450.- (Early Bird until August 15, 2025) CHF 500.- (Late registration)
