Participation is free of charge.
We invite you to submit abstracts for this upcoming event via our online submission form:
1. All abstracts must be submitted in English. They are limited to 3600 characters (including spaces) and should be divided into the four paragraphs “Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion” as indicated in the online tool. The abstract must not contain any references.
2 The submission deadline is Friday, January 31, 2025.
3. each poster presenter must register as a presenting author. Please note that an abstract that is only submitted as a “poster presentation” may also be selected by the experts for an oral presentation. In this case, the presenting author will be informed in good time.
4. the maximum poster size must not exceed DIN A0, which corresponds to a height of 118.9 cm and a width of 84.1 cm (no landscape format!).
5 The conference language is English.
