In this course you will learn with us the basics for preparing and conducting simulation team training. During 4 days (2 x 2 days) we teach the valuable and evidence-based content and didactic basics for working as a simulation instructor in a very interactive way.

Course focus
- What is simulation training, how does it work (e.g. briefing, simulation case, debriefing) and what does it require (e.g. psychological safety)?
- How can I design the simulation training in such a way that the participants learn a lot, well and with pleasure despite the “dummy” and “simulation”?
- How can I develop and carry out simulation cases and discuss them in the debriefing? How do I conduct a debriefing?
