First training session:
You will need a chair and a wall
It is important for people with COPD to exercise at least once a day. Move for 30 minutes. Ideally, you should do strength training on three of these days. There should be a one-day break between each strength training session. On the other days you train your endurance. For example: strength training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, endurance training such as brisk walking on the other days.
