At the Department of Neuroradiology, we use imaging techniques to examine the head, neck, spine and nervous system. We further treat diseases of these body parts with minimally invasive methods. In addition, the clinic holds specialized consultation hours for neurovascular problems, offers personal consultations, and provides expert opinions on neuroradiological cases.
We are one of the largest neuroradiology clinics in Europe and perform 35’000 examinations and 1200 procedures annually. Therefore, our team is very experienced in a wide range of procedures. Moreover, we provide emergency services around the clock. To ensure optimal treatment for our patients, we work closely with the other USZ clinics, with the Children’s Hospital and with referring physicians from all over the world who send their patients to us.
