C3Z Sample Processing Lab

The primary goal of the CCCZ is to establish interdisciplinary cancer research programmes in precision oncology in order to provide cancer patients with access to personalized treatment concepts. For the standardized processing of tumor samples, a central sample processing laboratory - the C3Z Sample Processing Lab - has been established at the CCCZ.

The C3Z Sample Processing Lab (C3Z SPL) is operated by the Institute of Pathology and Molecular Pathology and the Diagnostic Hematology & Transfusion Medicine of the Department of Medical Oncology and Hematology at the USZ. The available expertise guarantees quality-assured sample processing according to standard operating procedures. Our laboratory team advises and supports CCCZ research groups in processing biomaterials for translational research projects.

Please contact us if the C3Z SPL can assist you with standardized, quality-assured processing of patient samples. We will be happy to discuss project-specific details and needs with you.
