Analytics for research projects

If feasible, we also set up and provide services beyond the diagnostic range, e.g. the provision of samples for biobanks or the measurement of laboratory parameters that are not in the Institute of Clinical Chemistry’s list of services.
We provide the documents required for many clinical studies: Copy of the accreditation certificate, list of reference ranges, CVs of the laboratory managers and laboratory directors.
It is important to involve the Institute of Clinical Chemistry at an early stage in the planning of biomarker studies in order to optimize the selection of laboratory parameters, to determine the feasibility in preliminary tests (especially for animal samples), and to avoid errors in pre-analytics (e.g. with regard to the choice and quantity of sample material, sample storage and transport).
