About the Institute of Clinical Chemistry
The Institute of Clinical Chemistry offers high-quality laboratory diagnostics accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This service is available to both the USZ and external customers for patient care and clinical research.
The Institute of Clinical Chemistry is home to the Association for Medical Quality Control, i.e. one of the two Swiss interlaboratory test organizations that carry out the legally required external quality control in laboratory medicine.

In order to continuously improve our services and adapt them to the needs of our customers, it is important that you give us appropriate feedback and tell us your concerns, questions, criticisms and wishes.
Incoming reports are recorded, investigated and, if necessary, corrective measures are taken. Complaints are always dealt with impartially. We will then be happy to inform you about the measures that have been taken or are planned.
