Hospital Executive Board
The members of the Hospital Executive Board of the University Hospital Zurich are appointed by the Hospital Supervisory Board. The competencies and the chair are also determined by the latter.
The Hospital Executive Board is the operational management body of the University Hospital and represents it externally. It safeguards the objectives and interests of the USZ and is responsible in particular for implementing the overarching performance targets. It ensures the economic efficiency of the company’s management and conducts all business that is not assigned to another body.
