Organ Centers of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Zurich
At CCCZ, expert teams work closely together in specialized organ centers, offering cancer patients comprehensive and personalized care. Our organ centers provide treatments and services for all cancer types, be it solid tumors or hematological malignancies. This enables holistic medical care tailored to the individual needs of people suffering from cancer.
Interdisciplinary teams of surgeons, oncologists, radiation therapists and nursing specialists offer expert consultation. Together, they develop individual treatment plans for each patient at our weekly tumor boards. Our treatment options include state-of-the-art diagnostics, surgery, radiation therapy, and targeted systemic and immunotherapies. CCCZ offers access to innovative clinical trials, allowing our patients to benefit from novel therapy approaches and the latest research results.
A large team of medical specialists and oncology specialists is available to you for clarification, advice and treatment. They discuss the diagnoses and treatment recommendations for our patients on an interdisciplinary basis at our weekly tumor boards.
Our nursing teams guide the patient’s journey through the cancer center, making sure that all patients are offered professional support on all aspects of their disease. Our support services are available for all aspects of physical, psychosocial and emotional care.
