As a multi-professional team, we contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and patient safety at the USZ with our projects, expert contributions and measures. For the most part, we manage and coordinate central clinical quality and risk management initiatives. We also support our clinics and institutes, which carry out a significant proportion of quality and risk management themselves in close proximity to our patients, and provide them with advice.
