Career
1987 State examination in medicine, University of Zurich
Until 1996 further training as a specialist in internal medicine and cardiology in Boston, Lucerne and University of Lucerne.
Zurich Hospital. After 3 years postdoctoral fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston (mechanisms of cardiovascular remodeling) from 1999 group leader in experimental cardiology research at the University Hospital Zurich, then senior physician and later head physician for translational research and cardio-oncology.
