We treat all rare diseases and congenital malformations of the gastrointestinal tract in an interdisciplinary setting. These include:
- Esophageal diseases (EA, various forms of achalasia, congenital esophageal stenosis, eosinophilic esophagitis)
- Intestinal diseases (NEC, Hirschsprung’s disease, intestinal atresia)
- Chronic intestinal failure (all forms of congenital enteropathies, surgical short bowel syndrome and PIPO)
- Gastrointestinal diseases (polyposis syndromes and monogenetic or very-early onset IBD)
- Diaphragmatic malformations and intestinal wall defects (gastroschisis, omphalocele)
- Patients with autoimmune, syndromic or hereditary pancreatitis are also treated
