Home training for people with COPD

It is important for people with COPD to exercise at least once a day. Move for 30 minutes. Ideally, you should do strength training on three of these days. There should be a one-day break between each strength training session. On the other days you train your endurance. For example: strength training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, endurance training such as brisk walking on the other days.

We have put together several strength workouts for you to do at home. The exercises are taken from the guide “Better living with COPD”.
