Professional Experience
Ninib Yakoub is a PhD student in Clinical Science at the University of Zurich. He studied Clinical Psychology and is interested in neurodevelopmental outcomes of children. His main research project is the BrainDNIU study (Brain Development and Later Neurodevelopmental Outcome after Intrauterine Growth Restriction), which focuses on the brain development of infants with intrauterine growth restriction, a condition in which a fetus is smaller than normal due to a pathological process.
Research focus areas
Ninib Yakoub is interested in the development of the human brain and how pathological processes affect later cognitive and behavioral outcomes. His main research areas of interest are the intersection between psychology and medicine, and statistical methodology.
