Polytrauma Course in Zurich - Simulation training combined with theory, course parcours and workshops - hosted participants from 5 countries in October 2022 at the University Hospital of Zurich (USZ).
The Polytrauma 2022 course in Zurich hosted about 40 participants from 5 countries. The association with ESTES (European Society for Trauma & Emergency Surgery) proved again to be very fruitful.
Other highlights included the documentation of the Swiss insurance system by the chief physician of the SUVA (Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund) (Josef Grab M.D.,) and a talk from an international speaker of the OTA (Orthopaedic Trauma Association), USA (Michael Archdeacon, Professor, M.D.)
